Teaching activities
In 1969 entered Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute (now Kuzbass State Technical University) specializing in “Machine-Building Technology, Metal-Cutting Equipment and Tools”. In 1974, he took a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and worked as an assistant at the Department of Process Metallurgy.
In October 1977 took his full-time postgraduate course at Belarusian State Polytechnic Institute (Minsk) (now Belarusian National Technical University), the Department of Metal Science and Heat Treating. Successfully defended his PhD thesis acquiring the post of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Metal-Cutting Equipment and Tools at Novopolotsk Polytechnic Institute.
