Teaching activities

Since 1992 has been working at PSU Department of Radioelectronics (now the Department of Power Engineering and Electronics). In 2002 defended his PhD thesis on the topic “Electro Magnetic Methods of Range Finding of Hydrocarbon Accumulations with the Help of DTMF and Modulated Outputs”. In 2005 was awarded an academic rank of Associate Professor.
Currently teaches the following disciplines:
  • Electrodynamism and Radio Wave Propagation;
  • Antennae;
  • Mobile Radio Communication Systems and Electromagnetic Compatibility of Radio-Electronic Equipment;
  • Optical Signal Processing Equipment;
  • Systems of Industrial Electronics.

Scientific interests

Geological Research of Hydrocarbon Accumulations, Microwave Technology.

Publications

Viktor Frantsevich is the author of 10 patents, 3 monographs, and more than 60 research publications in scientific and technical journals.
