All over the period of 1979-1984 Elena Zeveleva studied at Novopolotsk Polytechnic Institute specializing in Engineering technology, metal cutting machines and tools.
In 1997-1998 she continued her study and completed a Master`s degree course at Polotsk State University having specialized in Engineering technology.
Later in 1998-2002 she completed her postgraduate study at Polotsk State University having specialized in Technologies and equipment for mechanical, physical and technical processing.
