The Institute is represented by skilled staff of all design programs. It is supplied with modern equipment, design and engineering research facilities; it has a developed methodical framework which ensures a high level of developed projects using modern computers and multiplying technologies.
«PIRS» is an enterprise with a high-level technology and automatization of design production.
All specialists of production departments, working at the Institute, have a higher education and regularly enhance their qualification in leading research-and-production organisations of the Republic of Belarus. The Institute staff represents a combination of experience and youth.
Design works are carried out with the use of modern computers and certified software.
